My freezer just exploded. I ended up with chili all over myself and the floor. Why? I buy meat when it’s on sale but never make a plan to cook it. Or a freeze half of a large meal and never make a plan to reheat it. So here’s the plan for the rest of this week:

Breakfasts
W-Smoothies
Th-Oatmeal with fresh peaches/pears (but what will Grace eat?)
F-Blueberry muffins and yogurt
S-Pancakes and bacon
Su-Cereal

Lunches
W-Fried egg sandwiches with cut-up fruit
Th-Mac and cheese with broccoli
F-Grilled cheese and tomato soup
S-Sweet skillet chicken with peas and corn
Su-PB&J and applesauce

Dinners
W-Chicken Biscuit stew
Th-Pork chops with BBQ sauce, green beans
F-Leftover chili with tortilla chips and carrots
S-Tacos
Su-Pizza for Grace’s bday party

Bedtime snacks
W-Cheese and crackers
Th-Melons
F-Jello
S-Yogurt drinks and goldfish
Su-Birthday cake

To make all this, I need to buy:
Vanilla yogurt (I could buy this by the barrel)
Honey
OJ
Biscuits
Frozen corn
Ground beef
Chili powder (to make taco seasoning)
Chicken broth
Melons
Yogurt drinks
Goldfish
Whipping cream
Milk

And because they are good deals, I will also buy:
